Community Vaccination Clinic – November 22nd Update
On Saturday November 22nd, Etu Pasifika Canterbury experienced a good turnout for its scheduled vaccination clinic. Although 62 appointments had been booked, the demand exceeded expectations, resulting in a total of 73 vaccinations administered throughout the day.

Among those vaccinated, 34 were female and 28 were male, reflecting broad engagement across the community. The vaccines provided included Flu, MMR, HPV, and COVID supporting ongoing public health efforts to protect individuals against preventable illnesses such as measles.

The high level of participation demonstrated a notable commitment to community health and highlighted the continued value of accessible vaccination services. Staff concluded the day encouraged by the response and appreciative of the community’s proactive approach to maintaining well-being.
