Here's a quick introduction to MyIndici 2.0! Watch the following videos to learn how to activate your patient portal, request repeat prescriptions and book appointments.
Request to register for MyIndici through Etu Pasifika at 0800 388 727
Receive login details through email.
Login to MyIndici.
a) When logging in for the first time, a prompt will appear requesting you to create a new password.
b) When creating a new password, there will be password rules eg there must be 8 characters.Terms and Conditions will appear when logging in, accept the Terms and Conditions when finished reading.
Login to MyIndici 2.0.
Go to the Medications section.
Review current prescriptions.
Patient can only request long term medication.
Click "Request Selected Medication."
a) Click “pick up” prescription from clinic.
b) Click “Fax” to send prescription to selected pharmacy.
c) There is an option to tick a box if the request is Urgent or not.Confirm and submit.
Prescription request will be sent to provider.
Prescription processing by healthcare provider.
Once repeat prescription request is actioned, patient will receive notification in the portal weather the request has been approved or rejected.
Login to MyIndici 2.0
Go to the appointment’s tab/section.
Choose Provider Location eg. Etu Auckland or Etu Christchurch
Reason for contact - in this section select from the drop-down options.
a) Alternatively choose the specific reason in the reason section as to why you are booking an appointment.Appointment type - Phone Consult will be available, in the near future we will be activating the options for face 2 face and Video consults.
Book With - In this section you will be able to select your provider/GP, however if your provider is not available the phone consult option for the available doctor will appear.
a) Booking for the phone Consult option will give you available slots throughout the day and week.
b) Note: Different providers/doctors will be attending to the phone consults, this varies daily due to rostering.Book available time slot.
Fill out pre-appointment slip.
Confirm booking of appointment.
Appointments booked will then appear on the “Upcoming Appointment” section.
