She has represented the Cook Islands extensively as a sportswoman in National, Pacific, World, and Commonwealth events as well as heading Team Cook Islands as the first woman Chef de Mission to two Olympic games. Roseline was awarded the British Empire Medal for outstanding services to community, sports, and church, as well being awarded overall Cook Islands Woman of the year in 2000. Further she was awarded the IOC trophy for Oceania in 2012 and the Olympic order in 2015 - the highest award of the Olympic movement. Rosaline has served on an extensive number of boards including Cook Islands Catholic Diocese, Cook Islands Sports Association, and was Secretary General for CISNOC until retirement. She is a founding member of National Council of Women, and Cook Islands Breast cancer association. She has also served as the Chair for Women in sports, and Catholic National Council of women.
